Weight loss story: “I eat all my favourite foods in my daily diet by quantifying my food and doing weight training 6 days a week”
I train 6 days a week, make sure I drink 6-7 litres of water everyday, eat consciously rather than gulping down everything. Avoid consumption of alcohol regularly. I always make sure I keep myself active by going on walks etc. All of these things are something I live by now. Never party unless I myself want to, never succumb to social requests.
Lessons learnt from weight loss: Countless. You have to start taking care of yourself and love yourself before expecting anyone else to do that for you. This is one thing you have to do for yourself, no one could lend you muscle or health. You have to do it yourself. I believe in the universe and I firmly believe that when we feel good about our physical selves, it reflects in every other walk of life as well. I realised that you have to take everything ONE DAY AT A TIME. You cannot fix everything overnight, you need to have a vision and believe in it, the power of manifestation is incredible. I realised that everything is equally important, the ache, the fun, the low days, the high ones, everything. The troubles, the problems they would always be there, just that our approach to deal with them changes.
